Job summary

Kohl's in the United States is seeking a store operations supervisor to lead and develop associates, optimize processes and deliver outstanding customer service. You will coach staff on inventory procedures, drive operational efficiency, and coordinate with merchandising on product placement.

The role emphasizes integrity, teamwork, and adherence to safety policies, with responsibilities including opening/closing procedures and KPI-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Experience supervising teams or associates to include coaching to achieve daily goals.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational processes including freight unload, receiving, processing product, stockroom management and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Support inventory accuracy by timely and accurate completion of merchandise disposition practices.
• Maintain appropriate levels of product on the sales floor by processing incoming freight, managing stockroom and directing floor replenishment as necessary based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Support the training processes for new hires on the operations team, ensuring associates are skilled on process best practices, proper inventory procedures, productivity standards and how to leverage Kohl's tools and resources.
• Support and partner with the merchandising team in store on merchandising incoming product, ensuring partnership on product placement and brand standards.
