Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is hiring for a leadership role in store operations focused on Fulfillment. You will lead Fulfillment Associates and Team Leads, oversee staffing and order flow, and drive performance and customer service.

Responsibilities include achieving KPIs, resolving escalated issues, conducting safety walks, and maintaining powered equipment certifications. You will also serve as MOD when needed, contributing to store-wide leadership and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 3-5 years retail, operations, or fulfillment experience.
• 1-2 years leadership and team development experience.
• 1-2 years problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• 1-2 years strong communication and customer-first mindset.
• 1-2 years ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift certification and ability to operate safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Fulfillment Associates and Team Leads to drive performance, efficiency, and customer service.
• Oversee staffing, workload, and order flow to ensure orders are completed on time and accurately.
• Monitor and achieve operational KPIs, including SIMS accuracy, shrink reduction, safety, and compliance.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and operational challenges quickly and effectively.
• Conduct daily safety walks, maintain hazard-free staging areas, and ensure equipment is operated safely and in compliance.
• Participate in picking, staging, and fulfilling activities as needed.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow all safety requirements.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty (MOD) when assigned, providing store-wide leadership and ensuring service standards are met.
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).
