Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years in returns, warehouse, logistics, or customer service in transportation or supply chain.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook; experience with WMS or ERP software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods; lift 80-100 lbs frequently.

Responsibilities

• Process and document incoming product returns with inspection, categorization, and data entry.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal departments on status and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff for handling, storage, and disposition of returns.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to returns (incorrect items, damaged goods, missing documentation).
• Prepare paperwork for credit issuance, exchanges, or restocking.
• Identify trends in returns and report findings to management to reduce future returns.
• Maintain accurate records of all return transactions and activities.
• Assist in developing and implementing improved returns processes and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in returns.
