Job summary

Werner Electric Supply in Appleton, WI is seeking a Warehouse Returns Associate to verify and process customer returns, ensuring proper credit and quality stock for the next customer. You will communicate discrepancies via our computer system, prepare packages, and process returns to vendors or customers.

The role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift 50–75 lbs, with prior warehouse experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience a plus.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills required.
• Basic computer and math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Check in, process, and report discrepancies for customer returns.
• Process glove testing orders and create good items list with no existing RGA.
• Pack and process orders for return to customers or vendors.
• Assist with cycle counting and other related duties as assigned.
