Job summary

Werner Enterprises seeks a Returns Coordinator to supervise the returns process in the Merchandise Returns - Audit / Dock Loading area. On-site at the Bob’s Discount Furniture Distribution Center in Piscataway, NJ, the role supports nightly truck load-outs and daily return reporting.

Ideal candidates will handle scan/label duties, communicate with third-party carriers, and maintain a clean, well-organized facility while meeting safety and pre-employment requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficient with computer software and basic warehouse systems.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment.
• Must be able to sit, stand and walk for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting 80–100 lbs frequently.
• Ability to count accurately.
• Support 7–10 trucks daily.

Responsibilities

• Scan returns and print return labels.
• Address and communicate concerns with 3rd-party delivery personnel.
• Maintain a clean, organized facility.
• Manage daily return reports to maintain product control.
• Support other areas of the warehouse as needed.
• Supports load-out each night for all trucks.
