Job summary

Werner Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Returns Coordinator for the Merchandise Returns - Audit / Dock Loading area at the Piscataway, NJ distribution center. This on-site role covers the 1pm–9:30pm shift, Tue–Sat, overseeing the returns process and coordinating with 3rd party delivery personnel.

The candidate will scan returns, generate labels, prepare daily reports, and support nightly truck load-out while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate warehouse equipment.
• Strong computer software skills for reporting and labeling.

Responsibilities

• Scan returns and print return labels.
• Address and communicate concerns with 3rd party delivery personnel.
• Maintain a clean, organized facility.
• Manage daily return reports to maintain product control.
• Support other areas of the warehouse as needed.
• Assist load-out each night for all trucks.
