Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a warehouse supervisor to manage inventory through receiving, storage, rotation, and transfers within the warehouse. You will oversee staff, ensure product freshness, and coordinate with brokers and manufacturers to resolve slow-moving items.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical thinking to maintain accurate inventories and efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years inventory control or warehouse experience.
• Must have supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of inventory processes, cycle counting, and reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and intermediate general computer skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises associates including staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensures all products are received as ordered and properly stored and rotated.
• Determines acceptance or disposal of damaged/out-of-code products and manages credits.
• Oversees daily cycle counts and adjusts schedules based on items or issues.
• Maintains slot locations and reviews warehouse layout for productivity.
• Monitors transfers of product to other locations.
