Job summary

Core-Mark seeks a Warehouse Lead to supervise the warehouse crew under the direction of the warehouse manager. You will maintain work areas, assist with shipping and receiving, and ensure safety and quality standards while keeping product flows efficient.

Role requires forklift operation, multi-temperature environments, and strong communication skills. Work Sundays through Thursdays, 1:45 PM start, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years leading a warehouse or distribution team.
• Experience standing and lifting up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to work scheduled overtime as required.
• Basic computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Obtain work schedule and daily production paperwork and prepare for operations.
• Put on all required PPE and safety gear.
• Perform daily safety checks of forklift/pallet jack.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Assist warehouse crew with duties in emergencies.
• Perform damage checks and follow company policy.
• Handle selection, shipping, receiving, forklift put-away/replenishment, returns and audits as needed.
• Provide oversight and input on work in assigned area.
• Maintain housekeeping and secure equipment at shift end.
