Job summary

Core-Mark, a Performance Food Group Company, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Raleigh, NC to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team of associates. The role focuses on accuracy, safety, and efficient inventory handling during a Sunday–Thursday shift starting at 1pm.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years in high-volume warehousing and 1+ year of supervisory experience, with knowledge of WMS and forklift operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of high-volume warehouse operations experience.
• 1+ years of experience leading and supervising a team.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory management, and material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping for the shift.
• Hire, schedule, train, coach and mentor warehouse staff.
• Ensure accurate and timely order pulling and proper loading on trucks.
• Maintain FIFO and proper stock rotation; ensure safety protocols.
