Daikin Applied is seeking a Returns Clerk in Dayton, OH. You will manage RMAs, verify returns, and coordinate with vendors and the Warranty team to ensure accurate inventory and timely processing.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, receive, and verify RMAs and log into tracking systems
• Process returns and coordinate with vendors and Warranty team
• Maintain daily logs of RMAs, warranty info, credits, and material movement using WMS and MS Excel
• Perform physical cycle counts and support Receiving Department as needed
• Operate power equipment (fork lift, order picker) and ensure accurate inventory transfers
• Complete reviews of sub inventories and communicate with site leadership and materials teams to drive accuracy
