Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Richmond, VA to join the world’s largest HVAC company. You will help maintain inventory accuracy, pick/pack orders, and support safe, efficient daily operations in a fast-paced warehouse.

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; 8+ years warehouse experience; ability to operate a forklift and a flatbed truck; lift up to 40 pounds; 7:30 AM–4:30 PM. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match, PTO, and tuition

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
8+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
Ability to safely operate a forklift.
Ability to safely operate a flatbed truck.
Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
Work hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities

Maintain and monitor warehouse inventory to ensure accuracy and availability.
Review inventory levels and perform routine inventory audits.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
Communicate with internal customers regarding inventory status and order fulfillment.
Organize warehouse materials for efficient storage and retrieval.
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.
