Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse or inventory control is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and ERP/WMS systems.
• Ability to operate power equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, receive, and verify RMAs and log in tracking systems.
• Process returns to vendors, restock, or scrap damaged items.
• Maintain daily logs of RMAs, warranty info, credits in CRM/WMS/MS Excel.
• Research and process transactions in WMS.
• Serve as point of contact for vendors and coordinate with Warranty team.
