Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of related experience.
• Ability to operate fork lift and other power equipment.
• Follow ISO 14001 procedures for handling scrapped inventory.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, receive, and verify RMAs and log in tracking systems.
• Process returns and shipments with accuracy.
• Maintain daily logs for RMAs, warranty information, and credits.
• Move materials using fork lift and order picker as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and Warranty team per defined processes.
• Perform physical cycle counts with Inventory Control.
• Ensure proper transfer of material to correct areas for daily accuracy.
• Support Receiving Department and other facility areas as needed.
• Operate WMS, CRM, and MS Excel for inventory movement and records.
