Job summary

The Standard is seeking a qualified professional to serve as the primary contact for employers in Absence and Disability Services, guiding RTW/SAW programs and ensuring adherence to ADA and PWFA regulations. You will support case managers, educate employers, and manage escalated issues with a focus on delivering compliant, effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in return-to-work or vocational case management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Professional certification (CRC, CDMS, ARM, CCM, or CPDM) required or ability to obtain within 2 years.
• Strong knowledge of ADA, PWFA, and accommodation-related compliance and regulations.
• Experience interpreting medical information to support case management activities.
• Ability to provide training, develop job aids, and support employer education.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI and bots preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage RTW/SAW programs for assigned customers, ensuring program objectives are met.
• Provide consultation and support to case managers and accommodation specialists on complex cases.
• Deliver orientation and education to employers, including process overviews and portal guidance.
• Recommend improvements to enhance program success and customer experience.
• Lead moderate projects, audits, and contribute to external publications.
• Ability to work occasional travel (planning, team-building, conferences) is a requirement of the role.
