Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Return-to-Work Specialist to manage ADA accommodations and return-to-work programs. You will serve as the primary contact for associates, managers, and HR through the accommodation process, ensuring timely case management and regulatory compliance.

  • 2+ years of experience in human resources or leave administration.
  • Knowledge of leave administration requirements including FMLA and ADA.
  • Strong customer service, organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the interactive process for reasonable accommodation per laws.
  • Review medical information for ADA management and return-to-work planning.
  • Prepare letters to associates about accommodation decisions.
  • Document case coordination and maintain reporting compliance.
  • Coordinate with managers/HR on transitional duties and status changes.
  • Monitor accommodations for effectiveness and collaborate with Counsel.
