You will help Ticketholders with resume development, interview preparation, and job search strategies, while ensuring adherence to program rules and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with at least 2 years' related work experience.
• Experience in vocational, clinical, or claim management in group disability insurance preferred.
• Able to pass SSA Suitability background screening.

Responsibilities

• Screen potential program participants through outbound calls and education.
• Develop Individual Work Plans (IWPs) with personalized employment goals.
• Assist Ticketholders with resume development, interview prep, and job search strategies.
• Ensure compliance and coordinate with the team on program operations.
