Job summary

The Standard is seeking a skilled professional to lead RTW/SAW programs for employer customers, ensuring alignment with ADA/PWFA compliance and best practices. You will coach case managers, provide employer education, and manage escalated issues to improve outcomes.

Applicants should have a BA/BS, at least 4 years in return-to-work or vocational case management, and a valid certification or plan to obtain within 2 years. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or related field required.
• Minimum 4 years in return-to-work or vocational case management.
• Professional certification required or ability to obtain within 2 years.
• Strong knowledge of ADA, PWFA, and accommodation regulations.
• Experience interpreting medical information to support case management.

Responsibilities

• Manage RTW/SAW programs for assigned customers, meeting program objectives.
• Provide consultation and support to case managers and accommodation specialists on complex cases.
• Deliver orientation and education to employers, including process overviews and portal guidance.
• Recommend improvements to enhance program success and customer experience.
• Lead moderate projects, audits, and contribute to external publications.
