Job summary

WTW in New York seeks a Senior Director, Absence, Disability Management and Life (ADML) to lead large, visible client engagements and design and manage group disability and absence programs. You will drive strategy, grow relationships with current clients, and pursue new opportunities.

You will mentor consultants, oversee project delivery, and contribute to thought leadership through conferences and articles, helping evolve ADML delivery across North America.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing/managing large ADML programs in a consulting or brokerage environment.
• Proven ability to generate revenue.
• Track record of growing large client relationships.
• Proven project leadership experience.
• Superior ability to influence and collaborate with senior management across organizations.
• Aptitude for staying current on health and welfare plan strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner to large, complex clients in ADML design and management.
• Grow ADML revenue by pursuing new client opportunities and crafting solutions.
• Oversee Consultants/Project Managers in design and delivery of project plans; present deliverables.
• Contribute to company marketing by speaking at conferences and writing articles.
• Mentor and develop other consultants.
