Job summary

Foho is seeking a proactive guest relations and events coordinator to develop and deepen relationships with guest group leaders, ministry partners, and related organizations. The role focuses on increasing retention and expanding the customer base while ensuring superior service throughout the event planning process.

The successful candidate will manage post-retreat follow-ups, coordinate with operations, and prepare informative sheets for internal teams, supporting the Forest Home Ojai Valley

Responsibilities

• Actively follows-up with assigned guest group leaders as part of the post-retreat protocol and collects feedback.
• Maintains repeat business by communicating with guest group leaders to encourage rebooking for future retreats.
• Collaborates with operations to ensure top-quality service for contracted groups.
• Coordinates specifics daily with operations via phone, email, or other methods to prepare for guest groups.
• Creates, revises, and distributes info sheets to departments and leads weekly group briefings.
• Generates info sheets for internal requests including meetings, donor events, pastors' stays, and staff stays.
• Provides administrative support to the Forest Home Ojai Valley location.
• Directs and manages special administrative projects and assignments.
• Assists with planning and organization of staff functions.
• Maintains office inventory and camp supplies.
• Supports staff spiritual life activities.
• Orchestrates all pre-retreat services, coordinating with group leaders.
