Qualifikationen

• Giftedness in hospitality and a heart for ministry.
• Clear telephone and email communication with guests.
• Attention to detail in preparing documents and reports.
• Computer literacy including MS Office and reservation databases.
• Bi-lingual is preferred at least.

Aufgaben

• Communicate with guests, seasonal campers, and guest group leaders.
• Secure, document, and disseminate required information to directors, managers, and designees.
• Provide front desk guest services and celebrate Christian hospitality.
• Promote the value of a retreat experience and customize guest experiences.
• Engage in cross-training at Pinebrook and Spruce Lake locations.
