Job summary

Forest Home Christian Camps is seeking a guest relations coordinator to develop and deepen relationships with guest group leaders, ministry partners, and organizations. You will drive retention and growth while ensuring superior service throughout event planning and execution.

Qualifications

• College degree is a plus.
• Career experience in ministry, sales, marketing, business, guest relations, or related area.
• Clear understanding of sales as a ministry.
• Experience working or serving at FH is a huge plus.
• Proven self-starter with successful experience working from a home office with minimal supervision.
• Strong MS Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with excellent computer and CRM skills.
• Excellent people skills and ability to develop relationships easily and quickly.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deepen relationships with guest group leaders and partners.
• Increase retention and grow the customer base through superior service.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure high-quality service for contracted groups.
• Prepare and distribute info sheets; facilitate weekly cross-department communications.
• Provide administrative support to Forest Home Ojai Valley location.
• Assist with planning staff functions and maintaining camp supplies.
• Support data recording for Camperships and Camper Day tracking.
