Job summary

True Friends is seeking a Hospitality Coordinator to create welcoming, clean, and positive experiences for guests and groups at our camp. You will supervise housekeeping, support day-to-day operations, and assist with retreat programs, staffing, and on-call leadership.

The role blends hospitality, housekeeping, and guest services in a camp setting. You will work with guests, support staff, and leadership to ensure smooth operations, while readying spaces for retreats and maintaining high

Qualifications

Customer service experience, with hospitality/camping/housekeeping background.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced camp setting.
Experience supporting retreat operations and guest services is a plus.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Ability to adapt quickly and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

Oversee, train, and mentor housekeeping team members, including scheduling support.
Perform daily cleaning of cabins and community spaces.
Ensure camp spaces are welcoming, clean, and organized for guests.
Host retreat groups and provide on-call leadership as needed.
Build relationships with group leaders and deliver high-quality customer service.
Assist with retreat check-in/check-out and coordinate with multiple departments.
