Job summary

Banner Life Insurance Company is seeking a Retirement Services Supervisor to oversee the Associate Team in the Pension Risk Transfer division. The role focuses on quality assurance, performance monitoring, and resolving complex call center issues while driving staff development and continuous improvement.

With a Bachelor’s degree and several years of management and Pension Risk Transfer experience, you will lead a team, coach associates, and ensure adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience.
• 3+ years of Pension Risk Transfer customer service or retirement plan administration experience.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams.
• High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Associate Team to ensure productivity and quality standards.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment and model professional behavior.
• Monitor and coach team performance and provide training as needed.
• Analyze complex issues in the call center and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Onboard new associates and develop procedures with leadership input.
• Collaborate to develop, document, and maintain procedures and workflows.
