Job summary

Banner Life Insurance Company is seeking aTransition/Program professional to support Pension Risk Transfer initiatives within the Retirement division. The role focuses on onboarding, data validation, and collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely transition of annuitants and related data.

The position requires Defined Benefit Plan experience, strong MS Office skills, and project management awareness.

Qualifications

• Defined Benefit Plan experience required.
• Pension plan administration, retirement benefits, annuity, or financial services experience preferred.
• 3+ years in a customer service or related position required.
• Project management certification (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred.
• Understanding of annuities and life insurance products; data reconciliation/analytics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class customer experience to clients and annuitants during onboarding.
• Support Transition team in installation of new business; participate in meetings and ensure cross-functional data accuracy.
• Collaborate with clients, representatives, and internal partners to obtain annuitant data and perform validation testing.
• Develop effective communication materials for clients and annuitants during transition.
• Identify and resolve issues to ensure timely, accurate installation; escalate when needed.
