The position emphasizes service excellence, confidentiality, and cross-team collaboration, leveraging MS Office and strong organizational skills to manage complex inquiries and payment processing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a customer service/administrative role.
• Call Center experience preferred.
• Understanding of pensions and annuities.
• Strong communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming client calls and emails with superior service.
• Process mail, address changes, and payment data.
• Support benefit payment processing and direct deposit setup.
• Provide year-end tax form information.
• Collaborate with departments to route inquiries.
• Maintain daily mail and task monitoring.
