Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service/administrative environment with strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with pensions/annuities is helpful for understanding benefits.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• Comfort working independently within a collaborative team.
• Professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in handling data.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and emails, providing prompt, accurate service.
• Process administration tasks and respond to benefit inquiries and form requests.
• Review mail and direct to the appropriate department for next steps.
• Support year-end tax form information and related processes.
• Monitor tasks daily and respond quickly to customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth client experiences.
