Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience including prospecting and territory management.
• Ability to cold call, manage time well, and present ideas clearly in writing and verbally.
• Team player who can collaborate with ADP Sales Associates.
• Build relationships, live integrity, and deliver on promises.
• College degree is nice but not required; other relevant experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business by closing sales in assigned geography and reaching sales goals.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients through targeted sales strategies.
• Deepen relationships within existing accounts across the ADP family.
• Collaborate daily with clients, partners, and internal teams with professionalism.
