ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Retirement Services to sell 401(k) solutions to new and existing clients across the assigned geography, backed by strong training and a generous compensation plan.

You will grow the business by developing a sales strategy, closing deals, and expanding relationships with decision-makers, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver retirement services across accounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience with prospecting and territory management.
• Excellent cold-calling and time-management skills.
• Ability to present ideas clearly in person and over the phone.
• Team player with strong integrity and advisor mindset.

Responsabilités

• Close sales and reach goals within assigned geography.
