ADP is hiring a Sales Representative in our Retirement Services division to sell 401(k) solutions at accounts with 50-999 employees. With training and ADP technology, you will connect with new and existing clients to grow your book of business.

Qualifications

• Proven outside mid/large B2B sales experience with prospecting and territory management.
• Upbeat, persistent self-starter able to cold call and manage time effectively.
• Able to work independently and with ADP Sales Associates.
• Trusted advisor who builds relationships with integrity and follows through.
• Modern selling skills using sales tech and AI-driven data to drive pipelines.
