Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sales Representative for Retirement Services to drive adoption of 401(k) solutions and connect with new and existing clients. You will leverage comprehensive training to navigate diverse sales processes and close opportunities that support retirement readiness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside B2B sales including prospecting and territory management.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic sales processes.
• Bachelor's degree not required; relevant experience accepted.
