Job summary

ADP’s Retirement Services team seeks a dedicated Retirement Services Representative to educate employees on plan benefits and resources, assist with accounts, and guide retirement transactions. You’ll support clients’ employees with financial wellness tools and investment information, while maintaining compliance and service excellence.

Role requires FINRA Series 6/63 and SIE licenses (or ability to obtain), 1+ year of client service or finance experience, and availability for an 8-hour shift

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses and Securities Industry Essentials (can be obtained after hire).
• 1+ year of Client Service or Finance/Banking experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to educate employees.
• Must be available to work an 8 hour shift 8am–9pm EST.

Responsibilities

• Educates employees on account information, plan benefits and tools to enable informed decisions.
• Provide education on mutual funds, rates of return, and investment options during calls.
• Educate on rollover options and assist with incoming rollovers into ADP plans.
• Drive high levels of employee satisfaction through quality call interactions.
• Maintain working knowledge of CRM, Plan Sponsor and Participant websites and workflow systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and support employees using the recordkeeping platform.
• Adhere to daily schedules and handle high call volumes during peak times.
