Job summary

ADP Retirement Services is seeking a Retirement Services Representative to educate employees on 401(k) plan benefits, resources, and financial planning. The role serves as the primary contact for employees, handling education on investment products and assisting with account transactions.

The position requires FINRA licenses (6 and 63) and Securities Industry Essentials, with a strong emphasis on communication and customer service. Flexible shifts within EST hours are expected.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses, and Securities Industry Essentials (can be obtained after hire).
• 1+ year of Client Service/Customer Service or Finance/Banking experience.
• Strong and proven communication skills.
• Availability to work an 8 hour shift between 8am-9pm EST.

Responsibilities

• Educates employees on account info, plan benefits, resources and tools for informed decisions.
• Educates on mutual funds, rates of return, market timing, and self-directed accounts.
• Educates on distribution options and rollovers into ADP plans.
• Drive high levels of employee satisfaction through quality call interactions.
• Maintain knowledge of CRM, Plan Sponsor/Participant websites, Simplicity and workflow.
• Troubleshoot employee issues with knowledge of recordkeeping platforms.
• Adhere to daily schedule and handle high call volumes; assist during peak times.
• Participate in task forces and cross-unit collaboration as needed.
