Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Retirement Services Representative in Dallas to serve as the primary contact for employees of ADP Retirement Services clients. You will educate employees on plan benefits, resources, and tools to empower informed financial decisions and plan participation.

The role requires obtaining/maintaining FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses. Typical duties include guidance on rollovers, distribution options, and high-quality customer interactions to boost satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses and Securities Industry Essentials (can be obtained after being hired into the role)
• 1+ year of Client Service/Customer Service or Finance/Banking experience
• Strong and proven communication skills

Responsibilities

• Educates employees on account information, plan benefits, plan resources and tools enabling informed financial decisions.
• Educates on mutual funds, rates of return, market timing restrictions, and self-directed accounts on enrollment calls.
• Educates about distribution options during retirement or job transitions and supports rollovers into ADP plans.
• Drives high employee satisfaction through quality call interactions, supporting client retention.
• Maintains knowledge of desktop tools (CRM, Plan Sponsor/Participant site, Simplicity, workflow system).
• Troubleshoots and resolves employee issues leveraging knowledge of recordkeeping systems and processes.
