• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints using pre‑defined solutions
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply basic concepts in new situations
• Organizational skills including the ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and follow up in a timely manner
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently and make sound decisions

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions.
