Job summary

Ascensus, recently integrated as AmericanTCS, seeks a Client Service Manager to deliver high-quality account management for defined contribution relationships. You will drive client satisfaction, retention, and efficiency while coordinating with plan sponsors, advisors, and TPAs.

The role requires ERISA/IRC knowledge, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel and Outlook. You will train Advisors and Plan Sponsors on procedures and amendments, ensuring accurate and timely service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 year Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Professional certification preferred (ASPPA QKA/QPA, CEBS or NIPA).
• Knowledge of ERISA regulations and the Internal Revenue Code.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients and advisors through proactive communication.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with clients, financial advisors, and industry partners by providing engaging ongoing service; serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients, financial advisors, and partners.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to deliver client outcomes and support plan sponsors and TPAs.
• Support clients in managing fiduciary responsibilities by addressing and resolving plan administration and recordkeeping issues.
• Coordinate effectively with internal operations partners, financial advisors, and other client-related service providers.
• Ensure commitments to clients are met by proactively reviewing plan status and reporting accordingly.
