Ascensus is seeking an Account Executive to provide client service to partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors. You will develop retirement plan expertise and deliver value-added consulting to drive client satisfaction and plan retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years direct client experience in financial services preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Ascensus products and services.
• Deliver proactive client service to partners and sponsors.
• Build relationships with internal teams to serve clients.
• Research, problem solve and resolve issues.
• Communicate service details clearly throughout the cycle.
• Support sales team to drive business and retention.
