Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years direct client experience in financial services preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of Ascensus products and services.
• Deliver proactive client service to partners, intermediaries and sponsors.
• Build effective relationships across teams to serve clients efficiently.
• Provide high-quality research, problem solving and issue resolution.
• Communicate clearly with clients about services and status of activities.
• Support sales efforts with references and client insights.
• Meet service level, growth and retention goals for assigned book of business.
• Prioritize activities to deliver timely, quality client service.
