Job summary

Corebridge Financial, Inc. is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide guidance to plan sponsors and eligible employees. You will conduct enrollment meetings, educational sessions, and participation campaigns to help clients maximize their retirement plan assets.

The role includes travel to meet participants and support plan initiatives. The position offers a salary with a bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401(k)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable
• Must have excellent presentation skills
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations, in person or via video, to explain plan features and grow plan assets.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Assist with annual plan review and financial education planning.
• Support targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate on plan participation.
• Travel dependent on territory may be required for new enrollments.
