Job summary

Paychex is seeking a results-driven Retirement Plan Sales Representative in New York. You will present retirement plan and FSA products to executives and end users, build a strong client base, and expand market share within the Paychex Human Resource Services portfolio.

Responsibilities include meeting with financial advisors and end users, prospecting via multiple channels, and ensuring customer satisfaction while advancing through sales training paths to growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma is required.
• Less than 1 year of experience in Relevant Paychex experience and successful completion of required training programs and/or certification by senior sales management.
• 2 years of experience in Relevant sales/sales management.

Responsibilities

• Presents retirement plan and FSA products to final decision makers and end users to close new sales.
• Schedules appointments with potential clients and referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospects via phone, mail, seminars, and local marketing programs to grow new clients.
