Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Senior Retirement Plan Sales Representative to develop new clients and expand the client base within the Human Resource Services organization. You will present retirement and FSA products to key decision makers, schedule meetings, and secure referrals to drive revenue and market share.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2 years of relevant sales experience, with opportunities to advance and travel for training and conferences.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• Less than 1 year of experience in relevant Paychex experience and completion of required training.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.

Responsibilities

• Presents retirement plan and flexible spending account products and services to final decision makers and end users to close new sales.
• Schedules appointments with potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospects via telephone, mail, seminars, and local marketing programs to find new clients and referrals.
• Analyzes prospects' needs and determines which products are appropriate.
• Resolves client problems or complaints to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Completes new business paperwork and Salesforce entries for seamless transactions.
• Projects a positive image and upholds Paychex’s reputation.
• Maintains ongoing knowledge through training and SAFE exams to advance as Senior Retirement Plan Sales Rep.
• May travel outside territory for conferences and training.
