Job summary

Paychex in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Retirement Plan Sales Representative to grow our client base and drive revenue in the Human Resource Services organization.

You will present retirement plan products to key decision makers, travel as needed, and utilize Salesforce to manage prospects and customers. The role requires sales experience and effective communication to build lasting relationships with financial advisors and end users.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required.
• Less than 1 year Paychex experience and completion of required training.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.

Responsibilities

• Present retirement plan products to decision makers to close sales.
• Schedule and visit potential referrals to secure clients.
• Prospect via calls, mail, seminars, and referrals.
• Record client notes in Salesforce.com for seamless service.
• Travel outside territory for conferences and trainings.
