Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Senior Retirement Plan Sales Representative in Austin, TX to drive growth by presenting retirement and flexible spending account products to decision makers and end users. You will leverage the Go-to-Market Sales Strategy to identify needs and close new business, while maintaining strong relationships with advisors and clients.

The role includes travel outside the territory for conferences and training, with a focus on revenue growth, market share, and superior client

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Less than 1 year of relevant Paychex experience and training.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.

Responsibilities

• Present retirement plan and FSA products to final decision makers and end users to close new sales.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospect via phone, mail, seminars, and other local marketing programs to grow client base.
• Analyze prospects’ needs and match Paychex solutions accordingly.
• Resolve client problems quickly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Enter prospects, sales and client notes into Salesforce for seamless service.
