Job summary

Paychex is a leading provider of payroll, HR, benefits, and advisory services and is expanding its retirement plan sales team in the United States. We seek a motivated professional to grow the client base, present Paychex retirement and FSA solutions, and manage end-to-end sales processes with support from our Go-to-Market strategy.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma is required.
• Less than 1 year of related Paychex experience and completion of training/certification as directed by sales leadership.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales or sales management.

Responsibilities

• Present retirement plan and FSA products to decision makers and end users to close new sales.
• Schedule appointments with referrals sources to secure introductions and referrals.
• Prospect via phone, mail, seminars, and local marketing programs to grow the client base.
• Analyze clients' needs and determine which products fit, referring to the right team when needed.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention by addressing issues and expediting resolutions.
• Enter prospects, sales and client notes into Salesforce.com for seamless service.
