Job summary

ADP is hiring a Retirement Plan Optimization Specialist who can work from Florham Park, NJ or Louisville, KY. The role focuses on consulting with New Business, Sales Support, Financial Advisors and clients to determine the effectiveness of cross-tested plan features such as New Comparability allocations to maximize benefits for owners and highly paid employees.

Qualifications

• Experience with New Comparability plan design and allocation strategies.
• Ability to assess census populations and illustrate employer contribution scenarios.
• Strong client-facing communication to consult with clients, salesstaff and financial advisors.

Responsibilities

• Consult with ADP Salespeople, Financial Advisors, New Business and Sales Support Associates on qualified plan design featuring New Comparability allocations.
• Coordinate reporting and testing tasks to illustrate year-end allocations and plan funding implications.
• Maintain end-to-end processes for pre-sale through on-boarding and post-sale plan updates, ensuring SLA adherence.
