ADP, Inc. in Berwyn, PA is seeking a Retirement Consultant to manage relationships with corporate retirement plan sponsors and drive client satisfaction and retention. This role handles a portfolio of small to mid-sized companies and contributes to expansion opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in financial services or 2 years in defined contribution markets, with a degree preferred or equivalent experience. Travel 25-40% is possible.

Competenze

• 4+ years in financial services or 2 years in the defined contribution marketplace.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Preferred: client management with knowledge of plan design features for 401(k) and ERISA framework

Mansioni

• Form, maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients.
• Develop and manage business plans that identify key clients and actions to strengthen relationships.
• Retain clients, manage pricing, RFIs, RFPs, and benchmarking for client portfolio.
• Participate in the sales process for new 401(k) business and identify opportunities for growth.
• Oversee compliance processes and support retirement plan committee meetings.
• Work with plan sponsors to design participant education campaigns to boost participation and contributions.
• Adapt to evolving roles due to new processes and participate in projects as needed.
