Job summary

ADP is seeking a Client Service Manager II in Louisville, KY for a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote). You will be the primary client contact for retirement plan services and drive service delivery and client satisfaction.

The position requires building strong client relationships, understanding plan administration, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful plan outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of directly related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience.
• Experience in a client service environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with ADP clients and act as the primary contact for retirement plan services.
• Ensure delivery of optimal service, client satisfaction and client retention.
• Coordinate plan design discussions and education programs with plan sponsors and participants.
