Job summary

ADP is hiring a Client Service Manager II. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration (3 days) with remote work (2 days) to support retirement plan clients.

You will manage day-to-day service delivery, troubleshoot plan issues, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include supporting plan design discussions, coordinating annual reviews, and mentoring associates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of directly related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively discuss and/or support products and services, and plan design with plan sponsors.
• Alerts management of critical client issues to appropriate parties.
• Maintain a basic understanding of investments in retirement plans and act as liaison for client questions.
• Assess and/or create client and participant Education Programs and schedule workshops.
• Coordinate annual plan reviews for plans with assets over $10M and via conference calls for smaller plans.
• Assist Sales in pre-sales meetings and communicate compliance testing results to improve outcomes.
• Monitor plan documents for adherence to rules and regulations.
• Support year-end requirements and reconciliation processes.
