Job summary

ADP is seeking a Client Service Manager II to manage relationships with retirement plan clients and serve as the main client contact for service delivery. This hybrid role involves in-office collaboration three days a week and remote work two days a week.

You will proactively communicate with clients, coordinate plan changes, and ensure overall client satisfaction and retention while maintaining accurate records in ADP systems.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of directly related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in education and experience.
• Experience in a client service environment preferred.
• ADP payroll and 401(k) experience preferred.
• Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with ADP clients for retirement plan services.
• Serve as primary client contact for day-to-day recordkeeping matters and service delivery.
• Proactively communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate plan changes and education workshops with sponsors and participants.
• Support pre-sales meetings and assist with conference calls as needed.
• Monitor and report on client issues, calls, and correspondence in CRM.
