Job summary

ADP seeks a Client Service Specialist in El Paso to develop and maintain relationships with retirement plan clients and be the direct client contact for day-to-day plan administration.

You will communicate with clients about service delivery, assist with plan changes, and support education sessions to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Experience up to 1 year and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client service environment and strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with payroll/retirement plan services is a plus.
• Ability to learn proprietary tools and coordinate multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for retirement plans and provide prompt customer service.
• Explain plan design and changes to plan sponsors and assist with project plans.
• Schedule participant education sessions and coordinate plan education efforts.
• Monitor compliance-related results and help plan documentation.
