Job summary

ADP is seeking an Advisor Service Representative I in El Paso, Texas, to support retirement plan clients and advisor partners. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration three days a week with two days of remote work.

You will be the primary contact for day-to-day plan administration, address service inquiries, and help drive retention and value delivery through effective communication and knowledge of 401(k) practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a client service environment.
• Familiarity with retirement plan services is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities
